The latest in the line of women who are accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault is a woman named Cindra Ladd whose alleged ordeal happened in the late 1960s.
Cindra, who was 21 back in 1969 when the alleged incident occurred, told a story of meeting Cosby in New York and being given a pill by the comedian and actor. After ingesting the pill, she claimed, the entire night became a blur. She later realized that she was raped, which made her feel embarrassed, horrified and ashamed.
When asked about why she had not reported this when it happened, she told that those were different times when the concept of ‘date rape’ did not even exist. She kept the secret for more than 35 years, telling only her roommate.
With Cindra Ladd, the list of women who have implicated Bill Cosby in sexual assaults grows to over 20, including supermodels Beverly Johnson and Janice Dickinson.
