It’s almost time to kick off the biggest celebrity divorce of the year. That’s right, the divorce case of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp will begin on Saturday with Heard’s deposition.
However, there’s still a chance that the two celebrities could reach a settlement. But if it’s not done by Saturday, it probably won’t get done at all.
What can we expect to hear at the deposition on Saturday if no settlement is reached? You can expect Depp’s legal team to be gunning for Heard. The actress has prepared herself well, but Depp’s team is going to be calling witnesses and cops who will be able to disprove Heard’s accusations that Depp physically assaulted her.
It’s not certain yet whether or not Depp is going to show up on Saturday. Technically, he has a right. However, if he wants to make an appearance, he’s going to have to ask Heard’s legal team for approval first, since the actress’ restraining order against her ex-husband.
