Elizabeth Hurley was never much of a talent, let’s be honest. If she didn’t have the looks that she did, she wouldn’t have ever made it into the big leagues. And somehow, when she was at her peak, you somehow got the impression that she was aware of this. She never tried to be much more than a pretty face, a banging body and a sexy (albeit a bit fake) British accent.
For a while, things were really going her way. She followed one romantic or semi-romantic comedy with another, we liked the movies and her looks brought her a much higher celebrity status than she probably deserved for her career.
Hurly is nowhere these days and it is probably by her own choosing. She married an Indian textile heir and when she divorced him, she got involved with a cricket player of sorts. She seems to be enjoying the family life.
