These Celebrities Used To Be Super Popular

Mena Suvari is one of the celebrities whose celebrity lasted very, very short. We first noticed her in American Pie, which turned out to be a black hole for the actors in its own right back in 1999. That same year, she starred in American Beauty, an excellent movie which was one of the biggest of the year.
She looked like a real star in the making. She had those cute girl next door looks and as she proved in American Beauty, she could act. The only problem is that she never really made anything big after 1999. She did American Pie 2 in 2001 and she had a few roles in a few movies in the 2000s, but when you consider how much she promised and how popular she was around 1999-2000, it is not too great.
We do have a strong suspicion that she might make a comeback, though. Just you wait and see.
