These Celebrities Used To Be Super Popular

16. Mandy Moore
We first took notice of Mandy Moore in 1999 when she came out with her debut single Candy. She followed it with the album So Real which went platinum. Over the next few years, she released a few more albums and they were all more or less successful.
Mandy also started doing movies and unlike so many of her colleagues, she actually had a few hits, the biggest one of which is probably still The Princess Diaries. We’re not talking hardcore cinema here, but she did have a few hits after that.
All in all, Mandy was doing really great and she was one of America’s favorite stars. Over the years, however, her popularity sort of fizzled and you would have to look long and hard to find her doing anything of note these days.
We still believe that there is a comeback in the future for Mandy and we sure are hoping she does it.
