It has become almost impossible to see Oprah as just another celebrity. She is an institution. She has gone past mere celebrity and she has become an icon in more ways than pretty much anyone else. Because of this, we often forget what a nice person she is and how much she cares.
Just listing all the times when she did super nice things for her fans (and not just them) would require us to rent out another server. She is always ready to answer the questions of her fans, chat with them and lend some of that trademark Oprah wisdom.
She has also set up a number of charitable organizations and she supports even more. She has donated millions to these charities and she just never stops giving.
