Johnny Depp has had a crazy life, rubbing elbows with some of the most legendary characters in U.S. popular history, such as Marlon Brando and Hunter S. Thompson. He never insisted he was a role model and despite looking and seeming frazzled at times, he is actually a very composed guy who also happens to be really, really nice.
For instance, he always has a Jack Sparrow costume in his car. You might think this is insane, but wait till you hear the reason. Namely, from time to time, he will visit a hospital on his way somewhere, put on the costume and visit the children’s wards.
Johnny also regularly contributes to many charities, making sure he does his share to help the less fortunate. Way to go Johnny!
