10. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian
Country singer LeAnn Rimes and actor Eddie Cibrian met at the set of the 2009 TV movie Northern Lights and immediately hit it off. Despite both being married, the two started seeing each other and fell madly in love. Though it may sound like a nice story, they actually hurt many people, his two sons included.
After the public found out about their relationship, Rimes’ husband Dean Shermet and Cibrian’s wife Brandi Glanville left the adulterers and filed for divorces.
Rimes spoke about the end of her marriage in 2010, but said she wasn’t sorry. Here’s her statement:
“I take responsibility for everything I’ve done. I hate that people got hurt, but I don’t regret the outcome.”
Even though Rimes and Cibrian tied the knot, Eddie’s ex-wife refuses to leave them alone and get over the affair. Consequently, all the negative tabloid coverage and their feud with Glanville cast a shadow over both their marriage and their careers.
