Teresa Giudice Begins Serving 15-Month Sentence

One of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Hew Jersey”, Teresa Guidice reported to a federal prison located in Danbury, Connecticut to begin serving her sentence. She was found guilty for bankruptcy fraud charges and sentenced to a 15-month stretch in jail.
NJ.com spotted Teresa leaving her mansion after midnight and arriving at the prison around 3 a.m. NJ Advance Media reports that her lawyer told them that she’s a strong women that’s going to do fairly well in prison.
“She was ready. Teresa is a very strong woman, she won’t have any problems in there.”
The whole thing started when Teresa and her husband Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice pleaded guilty and admitted that they were hiding assets from bankruptcy creditors. They were also submitting false load application that netted them around unbelievable $5 million in mortgages and construction loans.
Joe has another charge of failing to pay taxes. The amount was more than $200,000.
