Hip-hop mogul Marion “Suge” Knight found himself under investigation after police were called to a California marijuana dispensary on Sunday night. Allegedly, they were called after Suge got into a fight.
According to TMZ.com, police officers who attended the scene at the building in LA reported a fight between the Death Row Records founder and one of the employees.
A source told the website that no arrests were made, but police are investigating Knight’s alleged threats to one of the employees during the argument.
Nearly a month ago, Knight found himself on probation as part of a plea deal he signed with prosecutors after he failed to appear before the court on a charge of driving with an invalid license.
A source told TMZ, “Cops were summoned Sunday to an L.A. marijuana dispensary — and when they arrived an employee dropped the dime on Suge. We’re told the store owner attempted to defuse the situation while Suge was getting angry for not getting in to the shop … but it didn’t work and that’s when Suge really blew up.”
Apparently, Suge said to the employee, “I will kill you”.
