Legendary rock singer Meat Loaf had a scare last night when he collapsed during a performance in Edmonton.
The good news is that he is recovering. According to the latest reports, Meat Loaf is in stable condition. No one from his camp has given any details about what happened to him and what the cause might have been.
A video has leaked from the concert, which shows the singer dropping the microphone and falling in the middle of his huge hit “I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That).” His band noticed what happened, stopped playing and came over to help him.
Meat Loaf was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and the concert was ended early. The singer isn’t new to this type of thing, though. He collapsed once in 2003 and again in 2011. The second time, the celebrity rocker claimed that he had an asthma attack.
We hope that the “Bat Out of Hell” singer makes a full recovery.
