Robin Williams Cremated, Family Scattered Ashes In San Francisco Bay

Beloved Hollywood actor Robin Williams was cremated the day after he committed suicide, according to a TMZ report.
The report doesn’t reveal the official cause of death, but says the investigation is in progress. Namely, the coroner is still waiting for the toxicology report.
The document further states that the Oscar-winning actor’s funeral took place at Monte’s Chapel of the Hills in San Anselmo, California.
His ashes were scattered in San Francisco Bay off the Coast of Marin County. Williams took his own life in his Marin County house.

According to a Hollywood Life source, Williams loved his home and community very much.
“His family’s here, his children, and he was a real leader in the community and extremely charitable to different organizations here too. I’m sure he’d want his final resting place to be here in the bay. He could have lived anywhere on the planet, but wanted to be here. It’s only fitting he’d be buried or spread somewhere in the bay.”
Robin’ wife Susan Schneider said that her husband had been suffering from depression and had recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
