Famous AC/DC drummer, Phill Rudd, allegedly threatened to kill an unknown man and his daughter. Also, he was found in possesion of metamphetamine and cannabis. Rudd, obviously, denied the charges.
Apparently, Rudd phoned a man back on September 26 and said he will kill him and his daughter. Summary of facts also says that this is consistent with the 2nd phone call earlier that day.
Rudd denied ever making either of the calls.
Drugs in question were found during house search of Rudd’s home on November 6th, when police found 0.71g of methamphetamine and 130g of cannabis
