Kendall And Kylie Jenner Want To Trademark Their Names?

The Kardashians strike again!
Sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner have filed an application to copyright their names in April. They plan on becoming international stars, and surely you cannot do that unless your name is trademarked.
While Kylie is content with being a reality star in ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, her sister has bigger plans for the future. She is pursuing a career as a fashion model.
How come that Kim and Kanye didn’t think of this first you may ask. Well they did, of course. They had plans to trademark their daughters name. A source close to them said:
‘Kim and Kanye are extremely business-minded but the decision to patent their baby’s name also comes from their protectiveness about privacy. There are always people keen to capitalize on the Kim and Kanye names. This means that they could control anything to do with their daughter in the future.
