Jennifer Westfeldt Dumped Jon Hamm Before He Entered Rehab?

Jon Hamm has recently completed his 30-day stay for alcoholism at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, Conncecticut. Reports now claim that Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt split before he even went into rehab.
According to In Touch Weekly Jennifer left Ham due to a lack of commitment on his part:
“She told it was over before he checked into rehab,” a source told the publication. “She was tired of waiting for a commitment from Jon.”
“Jennifer wants a life that Jon can’t give her. Jennifer was tired of it,” the source said. “People are happy for her and hoping she never takes him back.”
The break-up seems to be amicable and the two remained friends.
