9. Frank Skinner
Skinner is an English actor and writer famous for ‘’Baddiel and Skinner Unplanned’’, ‘’Room 101’’ and ‘’Frank Skinner Live in Birmingham.’’
The 57-year-old comedian was listed as one of the 50 funniest acts in British comedy in 2003.
He is also a self-confessed alcoholic and is sober since 1987.
Yet another guest at Jonathan Ross’ Halloween party, Skinner is the second Dracula on our list. Apart from a modest cape and some make-up, Frank didn’t seem scary while he was posing as the famous Count. Besides, vampires and zombies have become such a cliché that we are surprised that so many celebrities still choose such costumes.
