The super successful Divine Miss M throws a big party for her charity – The New York Restoration Project – every year for Halloween. The party is annually held at NYC’s Waldorf Astoria.
Although her Halloween parties are legendary and she had amazing outfits during the previous years, we think she could have done way better at her 13th Halloween celebration. The killer butcher costume was good, but her make-up was dreadful! And not to mention the pink crocs!
