How Can Anyone Body-Shame Kate Beckinsale?

Kate Beckinsale has long been referred to as one of the most attractive women in Hollywood. That’s why it’s so hard to believe that someone actually had the gall to body-shame her.
But according to the actress, it’s true. And that person was blockbuster movie director Michael Bay. Beckinsale has a history with him. She actually got her first big Hollywood break in the Bay-directed “Pearl Harbor.”
According to a report by Fox News, Beckinsale recently said on a UK talk show that Bay made comments about her appearance while filming “Transformers.”
The celebrity action star had just given birth and she was told that if she got the part in the movie, she would have to work out – despite the fact that she had already lost her pregnancy pounds.
There were also reports stating that Bay said that he cast Beckinsale because she wasn’t beautiful enough to be threatening to the females in the audience, whatever that means.
Bay is known for not treating female actresses very well. Kate’s fellow “Transformers” star Megan Fox famously said that Bay acts like Hitler on his sets.
