Highlights From The SAG Awards

Last night the SAG Awards show took place. As usual, the show was star-studded and entertaining, but several appearances stood out.
Uzo Aduba was visibly shaken as she accepted her award for outstanding female actor in a comedy for her “Crazy Eyes” in Orange Is The New Black. She tbakned her castmates, whom, she said, she loved “desperately.”
A funny moment ensued as Debbie Reynolds, who received the life achievement award from her daughter Carrie Fisher, told a story of a hideous bun hairdo she sported in a movie, which made her warn her daughter to be careful of weird hairdos. Not long after, Carrie landed the role of Leia in Star Wars, complete with the iconic two-bun do.
The Boyhood stars Ethan Hawke and Ellar Coltrane spent most of the promotion for the movie, as well as the red carpet for SAGs, together. As Hawke said, they were going to have separation anxiety when this is over.
Sofia Vergara and Reese Witherspoon were charming as ever as they complimented each other during the pre-show interview. Reese said she had to control herself when it comes to grabbing Vergara, to which the stunning Sofia responded “She’s grabbed everything already.”
