A crazed Gwyneth Paltrow fan has been ordered to stay away from the Hollywood actress as well as from her estranged husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, for the next three years.
The actress obtained a temporary restraining order against Nickolaos Gavrilis in April 2014. Allegedly, the man has been trying to gain access to former couple’s U.S. s well as U.K. homes on many occasions. The latest attempt to break into their home was on April 4, when he tried to enter their Los Angeles mansion.
The case of the crazed man returned to a Los Angeles court this week, May 12-15, and the protection order was made permanent. It bans the man from coming any near the two until 2017.
In the paper obtained by TMZ.com, Martin is listed as an “additional protected person”, with a handwritten note beside his name stating he “lives w/ (with) petitioner”.
The order also states Gavrilis must stay at least 100 yards away from Gwyneth, estranged husband Chris Martin and their two children.
According to E!, the Gwyneth’s petition states Gavrilis tried to get into the Los Angeles mansion on April 4.
It is unknown if they were in town at the time as they have spent at least one previous week in the Bahamas, a retreat timed to coexist the pair announcing their separation, though Gwyneth was seen in California on April 7.
Two stars are parents to children Apple and Moses. They announced their “conscious uncoupling” in March, after 10 years marriage.
