George Clooney And Amal Alamuddin Tie The Knot

Actor George Clooney and human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin got married two days ago in a private ceremony attended by many celebrity friends and family, including Cindy Crawford, Anna Wintour, Bill Murray, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon and his wife Luciana, Bono, Clooney’s business partner Rande Gerber and Amal’s parents Ramzi and Baria.
Their fairytale wedding took place at the seven-star Aman Hotel on the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. In addition to the lavish ceremony, the couple tied the knot once more in a civil ceremony in a historic palace along Venice’s Grand Canal.
They said ‘I do’ again Monday, Sept. 29 before Italian authorities. At city hall, the pair was officially married under Italian law by former mayor of Rome Walter Veltroni, a dear friend of the film star.
