Enrique Iglesias Doesn’t Want To Judge Talent

Singer Enrique Iglesias turned down two offers for judging roles on American Idol and the U.S. version of The Voice.
This hit maker is busy with his new album promotions and numerous world tours, as well as one with American Idol judge in 2012, Jennifer Lopez.
In an interview to Access Hollywood, he was asked if he would ever follow J.Lo and become a judge on a TV show like American Idol.
He says, “It’s crazy you asked that because I was asked to be a judge on American Idol last year, I was on tour at the time and there was a lot of conflicts with my schedule. I couldn’t do it.”
“And the first season of The Voice I was also asked to be on, but it was also conflicting with my schedule so maybe I made dumb choices.”

He also added, “I would love to (in the future) if it didn’t conflict with my schedule.”
He was, however, a guest mentor for then-judge Nicole Scherzinger on the first season of The X Factor USA. The show has been cancelled after just three seasons.
