Dwyane Wade And Other Celebrities Give Support To Lamar Via Twitter
Following the shocking news about basketball champion Lamar Odom being rushed to hospital after a Viagra overdose, hundreds of friends, colleagues, and supporters have offered their sympathies, support and encouragement via Twitter.
Dwyane Wade, Odom’s former teammate, and his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, are one of the many to contribute to the seemingly endless stream of support for the basketball star. Wade wrote a post to support Odom, going as far as to call him “brother,” and Gabrielle retweeted it. He then shared another post, saying how he’s on his knees and praying for his ex-teammate/friend.
Odom’s ex-wife Khloe Kardashian is currently by his side, accompanied by her family. And while they are there where he needs them the most, the rest of the world is contributing to the fight with prayers, good wishes, and kind words.
