Courtney Love admitted she was the one who wrote a nasty note found by police in her tragically late husband Kurt Cobain’s wallet.
In April, after the 20th anniversary of Kurt’s death, Seattle, Washington police detectives revealed the details of the note found, on which Love was called a a “b**ch with zits” and even accused of using Kurt’s money for “doping and whoring”
Many media outlets reported it was clear sign that Nirvana’s frontman and his lady were at odds at the time of his sudden death, but she now confesses she wrote the note.
The note read “Do you Kurt Cobain take Courtney Michelle Love to be your lawful shredded wife … even when she’s a bitch with zits and siphoning all yr money for doping and whoring…”
Charles R. Cross, who wrote the highly regarded Cobain biography titled Heavier Than Heaven, believes the note is actually a sign of the humor between the pair.
He said the note had been written by Love and claimed that is confirmed by an e-mail Love sent to him. He also claimed the note pre-dated Love and Cobain’s 1991 wedding.

“Early in their relationship, they wrote notes like that to each other constantly,” Cross told the Hollywood Reporter. “The handwriting is absolutely Courtney’s.”
The Hole singer said, contacting the Seattle Times newspaper by email, that the note was written on New Year’s Eve 1991, when the band was performing in San Francisco, California.
