Cosby Suing Alleged Victim For $33,000

Oh boy, another one, but this time with a twist. So Judy Huth is saying that she was sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby back in 1974 when he took her to Playboy mansion, got her drunk and sexually assaulted her. Allegedly.
Or is it a classical case of extortion? AP now reports that Martin Singer, Cosby’s attorney filed in that “the lawsuit by Judy Huth and her attorney followed a failed attempt to extort $250,000 from Cosby.
And now COSBY is suing Huth, seeking $33,000 from her.
Charlie Beck, with LA police said that they will investigate “any reports of abuse against Cosby, even if they were outside the statute of limitations for prosecution.”
We don’t turn people away because things are out of statute. You come to us, especially with a sexual allegation, we will work with you. We address these things seriously—and it’s not just because it’s Mr. Cosby.
Let’s not forget, Cosby has never been charged with sexual assault, in spite of many allegations.
