Chloë Grace Moretz Doesn’t Want to Join Taylor Swift’s Posse

According to a recent interview with The Fifth Wave star Chloë Grace Moretz, she was offered a place in pop star Taylor Swift‘s famed posse of gal pals, but declined. Even though the actress is friends with singer and actress Selena Gomez, who is in the squad, she’s not interested in joining her and other popular female celebrities like Karlie Kloss and Cara Delevingne in this exclusive group of friends.
However, Moretz didn’t really want to comment further on it, she just mentioned that she wasn’t interested. Instead, she wanted to talk in her Complex interview about feminism and some of her upcoming projects, most specifically, a reimagining of “The Little Mermaid.”
Moretz said that the “regressive tale” that original movie represents will be turned upside down and that people can expect a movie that is going to take a more gender equal approach to the story that she believes is going to feel good for both men and women.
