Scottine Ross, the ex-fiancee of Charlie Sheen, has filed a lawsuit against the actor, accusing him of false imprisonment, assault, battery and failure to disclose to her that he was HIV positive.
The lawsuit was filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, and Ross is reportedly asking for $1 million as well as the earnings from “Anger Management,” Sheen’s unsuccessful TV show. She claims that sharing the profit from the show was an agreement between the two of them.

Court documents say that Ross and Sheen first met solely for the purpose of engaging in sex and that Sheen agreed to pay her $10,000. Ross claims that this later developed into a romantic relationship and that she believed they would definitely get married at some point. She said that Sheen had become a different person due to his excess drinking and indulging in drugs and that he had even become violent and abusive toward her.
