Oops, he did it again! Charlie Sheen, the Twitter feud instigator as he’s sometimes called, takes another jab at Ashton Kutcher, his “lame” Two and a Half Men replacement.
Sheen, who earlier said they picked the “right guy” when Ashton Kutcher was chosen as his replacement on the popular TV show “Two and a Half Men,” now has a pretty different opinion.
After he recently upgraded his critique to Kutcher from “lame” to “REALLY lame”, Sheen continued with his complaints about his replacement’s performance.
On Monday, 6 January, Sheen made a swipe at Kutcher’s performance and compared his career curve with his MTV prank show Punk’d. His most recent tweet said, “Hey Ashton sorry bro all good. Now quit barfing on my old brilliant show. Remember Punk’d? How duz it feel?”
However, this wasn’t Sheen’s first tweet about the “Jobs’” star. In 2012 he told TMZ.com, “I’m tired of lying… I’m tired of pretending the show doesn’t suck… I’m tired of pretending Ashton doesn’t suck. It’s nothing personal… I just feel bad for him… He’s saddled with such bad writing.”
Still, Sheen seemed to have second thoughts soon after, and wrote an open apology to Kutcher.
“Dear Ashton, My bad. I was disrespectful to a man doing his best. I got excited and I threw you into the crossfire, but the rest of my statement I stand behind. You however, deserve better. Safety in your travels good sir. CS”
Back in 2011, Kutcher took over the leading role on the hit comedy after several disputes between Sheen and the creator of the show Chuck Lorre. Charlie built for himself a name playing the womanizer Charlie Harper from 2003 to 2011 – which was basically based on the real-life Charlie.
Nevertheless, it seems Sheen still didn’t get over the show.
Kutcher still hasn’t responded to Sheen’s attacks, while fans suggested that he should just ignore the insults and play it cool. Oh, grow up Charlie!
