Clint Eastwood is one of the greatest actors and directors of our time. He became famous around the globe with his magnificent performance in Sergio Leone’s ‘’Dollars’’ film trilogy of Spaghetti Westerns in the 1960s. HE is also well known as Harry Callahan in the ‘’Dirty Harry’’ movies.

He won Academy Awards for Best Director and Producer of the Best Picture for the movies ‘’Unforgiven’’ and ‘’Million Dollar Baby.’’ He also received nominations for Best Actor for his roles in those films.

The renowned movie star married his second wife Dina in 1996. She is a reporter and TV news anchor and is also 35 years younger than her spouse.

“Finally I’ve found someone who has allowed me to feel totally at ease,” said Clint some years back. “It’s simply that nice feeling you get when you’re sitting on your sofa, having a drink, and you look around and see your wife and daughter – you know this is as good as life can be. I have waited a long, long time to experience that.”

In an interview, Dina revealed, ‘I thought he’d find my mum attractive because she’s a petite redhead and he’d been going out with similar women like Frances Fisher and Sondra Locke. So nothing happened, but then a year later we were sat together at a function. It was bizarre: we started holding hands underneath the table and just never let go. My parents weren’t star struck when they met him, as they were more concerned about the age difference, but it’s hard not to love him. He’s so genial and so cute with a great sense of humour. He defies age.’

Sadly, after 17 years of marriage, the couple decided to separate. Dina filed for divorce in October 2013.
