Kenny Rodgers is a famous country musician who has also had success with other musical genres. He was honoured with a place in the Country Music Hall of Fame and is one of the highest-selling artists of all times with over 165 million sold records around the world.

He has received countless awards for his contribution to the music industry. Rogers has also appeared in movies and TV shows, most notably in The Muppet Show.

Kenny has been married five times and his current wife is 28 years younger than him. He married Wanda Miller in 1997. The couple has twins.

‘’She is truly my soul mate. She knows me better than anyone has ever known me before. We’ve been together for 20 years. We have identical twin boys who are eight years old. I have such great respect for her as a mother. She is the most phenomenal mother I have ever seen. The boys are so lucky to have her and so am I .’’

There’s yet another couple who doesn’t consider that age should be a problem when it comes to love. However, not everyone was initially so happy with their marriage.

‘’Her parents are two years younger than me. They called me when we started dating and said, ‘We want you to know we didn’t appreciate what you’re doing with our daughter,’ and I said, ‘First of all I don’t blame you. I don’t think I would either but I will make you a promise. I will never lie to her and I will never lie to you.’ Now they’re my best friends.’’

Wanda has a twin sister and Kenny once revealed how he got the sisters mixed up.

‘’You don’t make that mistake but once. Actually, I did one day. When we would walk, I would put my hand in her back pocket. Instead of holding hands, that’s just kind of how we walked. We were standing in line at a cafeteria one day, and Wanda was in front of me. I turned to talk to somebody and I guess (her twin) Tonya got in her place and Wanda went somewhere else, and I reached under and I put my hand in Tonya’s back pocket, and she looked at me, and she smiled, and she said, “Can I assume you think I’m Wanda?” “Well, yes you can, thank you.”
