The unfortunate trespasser who was caught entering Selena’s California property twice in the last couple of days has been charged with felony stalking and was told to stay away from Selena’s property. If he fails to obey the orders, he will be facing a lengthy jail spell.
The man, Che Cruz, was arrested outside the singer’s home in Calabasas on March 31. He was obviously feeling welcome so he chose to return again of Friday April 4, just hours after being released from jail.
He is now also facing a misdemeanor charge of violating a court order to stay away from her home. Che appeared in court last Wednesday, April 2, related to his first trespassing charge.
He was sentenced to probation and 45 days in jail. However, he was released just two days after, due to jail being overcrowded.
He now faces felony stalking and violating a criminal order of protection.
Selena’s latest home address, a five bedroom 7,200 sq. ft, is also just yards away from close friend Kendall Jenner, who lives in Hidden Hills with her star mother Kris Jenner and the extended Kardashian clan.
Rumor has it Selena didn’t have many demands while choosing her new home. The only thing she refused is – the home could not be in The Oaks … aka Justin Bieber’s old hood.
Lucky for Selena, Bieber has since become a non-issue. The famous kid moved to Atlanta earlier this month.
