Another Couple To Tie Knot: Wahlberg And McCarthy Engaged!

Donnie Wahlberg, former New Kids on the Block star, has convinced his partner, Jenny McCarthy, to become his fiancé. This also means she relaxed her rules on marriage.
The actress announced the happy news on her U.S. daytime talk show The View on Wednesday, April 16. She also revealed her boyfriend proposed with a yellow sapphire.
The former model showed off her stone, saying, “I just got engaged!” Soon after, she broke into tears when her fiancé joined the set.
The happy couple started dating in 2013, after he appeared on her short-lived late-night talk show. They have both been married before, and the 41-year old TV personality advocated she would never marry again. She broke up with her boyfriend Jim Carrey in 2010.
She also said she was warmed by the idea of spending her live with Donnie. She said in an interview at the end of 2013, “I’ve said on every interview that I was like, ‘Never get married again, ever’, and, of course, you never say never. I think he would be an amazing husband, so if he does (propose), I would for sure say yes.”
When she was spreading the news on The View on Wednesday, she said, “He understands my work schedule and he has his and I get it. And we’re both single parents and he’s trying to juggle all of that while I am too.”
Her now-fiancé has two sons from his nine-year marriage to Kim Fey. They divorced in 2008, and McCarthy shares a son, Evan, with her ex-partner John Asher, whom she divorced in 2005.
