Adult Film Star Danica Dillon Sues Josh Duggar For Battery

Reality star Josh Duggar was faced with a lawsuit this Wednesday from adult film star Danica Dillon, who accused Duggar of assaulting her during sex earlier in 2015. The porn star is suing Duggar for $500,000 in damages, claiming that the former “19 Kids and Counting” star manhandled her and caused her emotional and physical trauma in March this year. She added that she is seeing a psychiatrist to treat anxiety.
Dillon claimed that she and Duggar had engaged in what she described as “terrifying” sex, adding that the two met while she was performing at a strip club in Philadelphia. Duggar purchased $600-worth of private dances from her, after which the two departed to a hotel room together where the adult film star claims the assault happened.
