Actress Leah Pipes’ About To Walk Down The Isle
After two and a half years of dating, the Originals star Leah Pipes is about to marry her longtime boyfriend AJ Trauth.
The fateful question was asked last December.
Pipe told Us Weekly, “He proposed on Christmas Day. There was a wrapped ring box under the tree… and it was empty.
He’d been holding the ring behind his back and asked me to marry him. It was the best moment of my life!”
Pipe and Trauth first met as teens while both were starring in movies for the Disney Channel.
Pipe took the lead in Pixel’s Perfect in 2004, while her future husband played Shia LeBeouf’s best mate in the sitcom Even Stevens.
Pipe said, “We’ve known each other since we were teenagers. We both grew up in the entertainment industry.
He was actually very close to starring with me in the first movie I did. I’m so glad we spent years getting to know each other before dating. He’s my best friend.”
“I’m hoping to get married in the same church my parents were married,” Leah added.
“Some friends and family are pushing for a destination wedding in Hawaii, which also sounds very fun!”
