Kanye West Gets Two-Year Probation For Paparazzo Attack

Paparazzo Daniel Ramos won a case against Kanye West who has been sentenced to serve 250 hours of community service as well as to attend classes for anger management, after he attacked the photographer at Los Angeles International Airport last summer.
On Monday, Kanye pleaded no contest to battery against the photographer, but he was placed on two-year probation anyways.
However, West wasn’t present at the hearing yesterday morning but made the plea via his attorney Blair Berk.
The photographer told the court West caused him pain in his “right hip area” and inflicted mental and emotional pain, adding he’s living in fear of West’s retaliation on him.
“He needs to be stopped or he’ll hurt someone else.” said Ramos to judge Alan Rubin.
Alan also ruled, the rapper is obliged to pay all mandatory court costs and “make restitution to any victims.”
In addition, West will also face a civil action brought by Ramos, after the rapper punched him without a reason and smashed his camera to the ground during his freak out.
