Rupert Murdoch And Jerry Hall Announce Their Engagement

It seems media bigshot Rupert Murdoch is tying the knot with former supermodel and actress Jerry Hall. Their engagement was announced on Tuesday. The big news was announced in the births, marriages and deaths section of the Times of London, owned by Murdoch’s News Corporation media group.
Murdoch, who is 84 years old, and Hall (59) have been in a relationship since one of Murdoch’s sisters introduced them in Australia in the summer of 2015. They revealed their relationship to the public in October and appeared together in London at the Rugby World Cup for the first time as a couple.
The engagement happened over the weekend while attending the Golden Globes awards in Los Angeles, according to the Times. According to a Murdoch family spokesman, they’re very excited about their life together as a married couple!
