Amanda Bynes Caught Shoplifting Twice In One Day

The 28-year-old troubled actress Amanda Bynes was reportedly stopped twice in the same day for shoplifting!
She was first acting rather bizarre during her visit to Pookie & Sebastian. According to footage obtained by TMZ, Bynes danced around clothes racks like a madwoman and then walked towards the exit of the store holding a shirt she didn’t pay for.
The staff of the shop stopped her and asked her whether she was going to purchase the shirt, to which she replied: “Do I really have to buy this?”
Bynes paid for the shirt, but was stopped at Barneys with a $200 hat just an hour later. TMZ reports that cops were called to Barneys on Madison Ave after the actress tried to leave the store without paying for the hat.
The actress told security guards she was being chased by fans inside Barneys so she grabbed the cap to cover her face, but had no intention of stealing it. When the cops arrived, she had already left.
