She completely unveiled her naughty side when she released the video for her single “We Can’t Stop.” At that point, everyone knew she was all grown up, but few expected the scandals that would follow.
At the 2013 VMA awards, Miley shocked the world when she danced provocatively in flesh-colored latex lingerie.

The pop star liked twerking so much that she even put on a huge, prosthetic butt for a performance in San Juan this year and was subsequently accused of racism. Afterwards, she was accused of desecrating the Mexican flag. Also, her entire tour was under fire because of her raunchy on-stage antics and sexually explicit behavior. And she’s only 21.
