Courtney Love Joins Cast Of Sons Of Anarchy as Schoolteacher

Courtney Love will appear in a US drama series that tells a story of a biker gang from California during the seventh season, which is set to kick off later in 2014. TV Line reported that Love will portray Mrs. Harrison, a teacher at the school of Abel, the eldest son of lead character Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam).
Mrs. Harrison will appear in multiple episodes of ’Sons Of Anarchy’, starting from the fourth episode, and will also have a “pivotal” part in the series as it comes to an end.
This will be her first major acting role since she has appeared in ‘Trapped’ in 2012. Musician-turned-actress also had roles in ‘The People Vs. Larry Flynt’ and ‘Man On The Moon’.
She was nominated for a Golden Globe award for her portrayal as Hustler boss Larry Flynt’s junkie wife Althea in the 1996 movie .
She later tried her hand at TV in a 2009 episode of comedy ‘Nice Brothers’.
Love isn’t the only musician to land a small role in Sons of Anarchy , apparently, Marilyn Manson will also shortly appear in an episode of the final season, which will premiere in the US later in 2014.
