Kourtney Kardashian pregnant again; Disick’s reaction? “What? Holy [bleep]!”

Kardashian and Disick have been together for seven years and the couple already has two children. Now it has been confirmed that they are expecting their third child! As seen in a preview following the newest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kourtney will tell Disick that she is pregnant during the second half of KUWTK’s ninth season.
The pair talks in their closet when she reveals they will have another child. She simply says: “I’m pregnant.” And his reaction is: ‘’What? Holy (bleep)!’’
Kardashian and Disick already have two kids, son Mason, 4, and daughter Penelope, 23 months. Their third child will be born in December.
“They don’t know the gender yet,” a source told Us Weekly “They just want the baby to be healthy.”
Kourtney told the good news to her sister, Khloe Kardashian, and her new boyfriend, French Montana, when they hit up Philippe Chow in NYC.
The news weren’t announced until the end of the episode, when the show’s producers played a montage of clips that revealed what would be happening in the reality show this season.
Previously, Kourtney’s mom and sister assured fans on Twitter that the latest episode of the show would address Kourtney’s pregnancy.
