10. Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez

This celebrity couple is not only married, they welcomed a delightful baby boy into the world in 2013. Maceo Robert Martinez – the name is remarkably normal when you think about his Spanish roots.

He comes from a working-class family, raised in the Paris suburbs. He left school and worked on some pick-up jobs such as salesman for jeans. Friends encouraged him to try acting, and at age 23 he enrolled in the International Conservatory of Paris. After several television shows, he reached the global market with The Horseman on the Roof (1995), billed in his American promotional tour for that movie as “the French Brad Pitt”.

Became engaged to Halle Berry on January 11, 2012. Was also previously in relationships with Kylie Minogue (2003-2007), Juliette Binoche (1995-1998), Rosie HuntingtonWhiteley, Angelina Jolie, and Mira Sorvino.

Halle Berry was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to an African-American father, Jerome Berry, a former hospital attendant, and a European-American mother, Judith (Hawkins) Berry, a retired psychiatric nurse. Halle first was discovered at seventeen years when she won the Miss Teen All-American Pageant, representing the state of Ohio in 1985 and, a year later in 1986, when she was the first runner-up in the Miss U.S.A. Pageant. After participating in the pageant, Halle became a model. It eventually led to her first weekly TV series, 1989’s Living Dolls in 1989.

She was listed as a potential nominee on the 2004 Razzie Award nominating ballot. She was suggested in the Worst Actress category for her performance in the film Gothika(2003), she failed to receive a nomination. The very next year though, she got a nomination for Worst Actress in the film Catwoman (2004).

Now, she’s one of 6 African-American actresses to win an Oscar in a competitive category.
