Troubles started back in 2012 when she was arrested for talking on a cell phone while driving and later for driving under the influence. The list continues with two hit and run accidents, arrest for driving without a valid permit and for possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and reckless endangerment.
When Bynes set a small fire in the driveway in front of a stranger’s house, she was hospitalized under a 72-hour 5150 mental health evaluation hold and her parents filed for conservatorship. After she was released, she was fine for a short period of time.
In September 2014, Amanda was arrested for DIU and placed on a temporary psyche hold following her accusation that her father sexually abused her when she was a child.
