Maybe they’ve discovered the fountain of youth? Maybe the aliens are applying some time-halting technology to their adherents? Whatever his secret is, Tom Cruise starred in Legend thirty years ago, and he today he doesn’t look thirty years older. Maybe fifteen or twenty, but definitely not thirty.
When you think of men in their fifties, you think either chubby dads with bad haircuts or handsome, elegant grey-haired gentlemen sipping expensive whisky. Tom Cruise fits neither of these stereotypes. He’s too weird for stereotypes anyway. In any case, weird or not weird, Tom Cruise still looks good and not a day older than, say, 40.
