They say laughter is the best cure – could it be that it’s also a cure for aging? Carrey’s first high profile role was in In Living Color, when the world realized for the first time what an amazing talent he is. His leading roles in Ace Ventura, The Mask, Dumb and Dumber and Liar, Liar established him as one of the most talented and certainly most beloved big screen comedians of our times.
So, we know Carrey is tremendously talented and successful as an actor and a comedian, but that still doesn’t answer the enigma of his youthful look. The only possible explanation is the one we already offered above – a good amount of humor, being able to laugh even in the toughest situations and probably some good genes.
