18. Jason and Jeremy London
The fabulous London twins both enjoy successful acting careers. Jason (the elder brother by a full 27 minutes) appeared in many feature films, and Jeremy enjoys regular TV roles.Jason is the more aggressive type of older brother, and often finds himself in bar fights and has problems with alcohol. That’s why he is very good at portraying troubled characters like Randall “Pink” Floyd in famous Dazed and confused, and Tom Meyer in the popular Broken Vessels. Now everybody hopes his future roles won’t affect his private life, as was the case before. His brother Jeremy was made to undergo anger-management therapy and is still fighting to regain custody of his son Lyrik.
The two are not on good. Ever since Jason accused his brother of lying in his kidnapping report, the two no longer have a brotherly bond. Jason thinks it was all about Jeremy’s effort to hide the fact he was abusing drugs, and there the bond broke.
Their troubled life may have to do something with the fact that their mother, after divorcing their father, moved her family around 13 times while they were still children.
They have been together on the screen only once, in the episode of WB’s 7th Heaven, titled Smoking. But they competed for the same role in the 1991 movie The Man in the Moon, which Jason won.
The kidnapping incident we mentioned above happened on June 2010 in the California desert. Allegedly, the kidnappers forced Jeremy to smoke drugs. He was, allegedly, fixing a flat tire when two men approached. He says they had a gun and forced him to drive to numerous locations, purchase alcohol and use drugs, according to police statement.
