16. She Has At Least One Tattoo
Posing for the magazine GQ as a promotional stunt for her upcoming movie The Bling Ring, she showed us a tattoo located just below her belly button. A string of stars pointing, well, downwards. This made us only more curious, if she is willing to get a tattoo like that, who knows what’s she’s hiding?
The tattoo was getting a lot of attention, and according to the report, Emma Watson’s tattoo was fake. Miss Watson won’t have to remove the tattoo from her torso if she happens to change her mind. And she also had one on her shoulder, but all those in favor of her being without tattoos can relax. Emma was plying a bad girl to make sure her fans to go check out her performance in “The Bling Ring.” She did cause the stir, all right. The Emma Watson’s tattoo from the GQ cover will probably not be featured in the movie, but Emma’s character here proves she’s all mature now.
Sofia Coppola’s movie, The Bling Ring was inspired by actual events. It focuses on a group of fame-obsessed teenagers, who use the internet to track celebrities’ whereabouts in order to rob their homes.
During the filming of a scene for The Bling Ring last April, everybody saw a huge tattoo on her lower back. The tattoo portrayed a bunch of swirls surrounding a Chinese symbol in front of a huge ball of fire.
Everybody was surprised to see the lower back tattoo, since this doesn’t look like something Emma would do. Her girl-next-door personality, the lack of other scandals and drinking contribute the opinion she would not tattoo her love handles. Emma will thus continue to portray the picture of a natural girl everybody genuinely believes she is.
