While it is true that she’s 35, loaded like the CEO of an Arabian oil company, and more than able to stand on her own two feet, Maria Menounos still feels absolutely no need to leave her parents’ house.
In fact, she took things a step further by making a reality show in her parents’ house, which is entitled Catching Maria Menounos and deals with her everyday activities around the house, as well as her hilarious conflicts with her Greek immigrant parents.
Although we find her choice a bit odd, we can’t help but wonder how she managed to convince her parents to allow her to shoot a reality TV-show in their house. Maybe it’s the ridiculous amount of money she brings into the house, or maybe her parents just want some excitement in their lives, who knows? Her father Constantinos was reluctant at first but later admitted he was “proud” of her making a reality show for herself.
