We have already talked about a number of cases where celebrity women were heavily criticized for their weight following pregnancy, which is perhaps the lowest form of appearance-bashing that we can think of.
Another victim of this was Jennifer Love Hewitt when some bikini pictures of her came out, showing her a bit bigger than she was in the past. Of course, you can imagine all the things she had to read and hear about herself. Jennifer understood this as a challenge and underwent a weight loss regimen that saw her losing 20 pounds.
She then posed for the cover of Shape magazine and she shut the mouths of all of her critics. We’re only hoping that these mindless drones and trolls were not the only reason why she decided to do this.
