The actress welcomed her first child in 2011 and actually named her son Bear Blue. However, the boy’s name is nothing compared to Silverstone’s feeding methods. The 38-year-old actress not only admitted to bird-feeding her child, but also posted a video of the entire process.
When we say bird-feeding we mean that she actually chews the food before spitting it in her son’s mouth, the same way birds feed their young. She may be proud of her method, but doctors and nutritional experts (and other sane people) have said that this is definitely the worst way to feed your kid.
