18. Adam Driver
Ater the 9/11 attacks in 2001, Driver caught himself constantly having conversations about joining the military – everyone was talking about it, his friends, his family, everyone. Despite the fact that his father was strongly against his joining the Marines, a seed was planted into his head and after a while Driver joined the USMC. Despite never being an athlete or beloning anywhere with a sense of fraternity, he managed to adapt to the Marine culture.
Unfortunately, he injured his sternum in a mountain biking accident before he enrolled. He attempted to overcome his debilitated state with even more intense trainings, if anything, to show to the rest of the gang that he was ok. However, after two years of service with no time on the field, he was medically discharged. But upon witnessing an incident with shells full of white phosphorous, he immediately focused on two things: smoking and being an actor.
